Payment:
All financial transfers are conducted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption through Square. Please read the terms & conditions for the gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the ensuring the transaction is successfully made.
Order Fulfillment:
Orders will be filled within 6-10 business days. We strive to ship it the same or next business day. You will receive an email when the order has entered the shipping process. After the point where you have received the shipping notice, you cannot cancel, you must follow the return process as the postage has already been purchased.
Order Cancellation:
To cancel an order before it has been shipped, use the website and follow the directions for cancellation and/or send an email with "Cancel Order" and the Transaction number for the order you are cancelling in the subject line. If the item has not shipped, you will be refunded the price and any shipping cost.

Requests for New Custom Work:
This paragraph is not about Gaia's Song Jewelry items that require the user to select from a menu of options. (i.e. zodiac pendant with two sides each with a chosen zodiac sign.)
On rare occasions, Gaia's Song Jewelry may entertain requests for new custom work. Generally the Gaia's Song Jewelry brand is for one-of-a-kind items. However we will be happy to discuss ideas about special small batch orders or variations on existing Gaia's Song Jewelry designs. If Gaia's Song Jewelry accepts a custom order, a special hidden shoping page will be made that will stipulate the conditions of the custom order and any details agreed upon by both parties. The Requestor will need to purchase this hidden item before custom work commences. A Custom piece is not refundable or returnable. Message me if you would like a custom piece similar to a listing in my shop, or if you like my style and would like to explore what I have in my inventory for a custom piece.
Privacy & Personal Information:
All personal information you provide or that is obtained during standard business, will be handled by Gaia's Song Jewelry responsibly. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information in our catalog to you. The information you provide is only available to Gaia's Song Jewelry and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request Gaia's Song Jewelry to delete or correct the information held about you. By placing an order with Gaia's Song Jewelry, you agree to the above conditions.
Gaia's Song Jewelry only collects first name and email ids, and optionally you can supply your last name for the newsletter. If you purchase online, Gaia's Song Jewelry does not see your password or the personal information in your transaction except your name, shipping address, and email. This information is not shared or sold to other parties. It is only used to ship the purchase and communicate information about the purchase, if needed.
For in person as well as for online purchases, Gaia's Song Jewelry uses a third party to take your credit card information, which is not shared with us. We only receive a direct deposit into our bank account. We use Square or Paypal. Please check with them for their most current privacy policy.

Force Majeure:
Events outside Gaia's Song Jewelry's control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Gaia's Song Jewelry is released from Gaia's Song Jewelry's obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
Additional Information:
Gaia's Song Jewelry reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. These One-of-a-kind items are occasionally sold at in-person events. When a product is sold out in person, I will remove it from this website as soon as possible. On the off chance that the item is also simultaneously sold online, Gaia's Song Jewelry has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way possible.
