I have alluded to my Satisfaction Guarantee in many places, but I thought it is time to highlight it.

I have been creating jewelry for 6 years now. When I started out, my skills were average. Over time I have researched and improved my techniques. I now use elements that are not only beautiful, but are durable as well. I am very proud of my work and I want you to be proud and happy to wear it with confidence.

I realize that when you buy jewelry online, you don't have a chance to try it on and put it next to the outfit you want to wear it with. I would rather buy the jewelry back and find someone who is excited about wearing it than have a customer who won't wear it for some reason and who may actually express their unhappiness to others.

This is why I will buy it back with no questions asked during the first 30 days. I will make arrangements for you to print out a pre-paid USPS shipping label for you to send it back to me.

This guarantee also covers any damage or manufacturing defects (if any). The last thing I want is for someone to be stuck with jewelry they can't or won't wear. My jewelry is one-of-a-kind and depending on the damage this could mean that I won't be able to reproduce it exactly as the original. If you want, I would work with you to re-design the piece and then I'll send it back to you once we agree on a design and I've completed it.

Or I will give you a full refund. You can apply that refund to buy another piece if you like, just ask and I will issue a coupon instead of crediting your credit card.
